Genomic testing + Custom cartridge development (Includes 10 Cartridges)

This integrated service package combines BioVind’s on-site genomic testing with targeted custom cartridge development to deliver a complete, data-driven microbial monitoring solution. BioVind conducts field sampling at the client’s facility, performs laboratory-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) to characterize the full microbial community, and identifies organisms associated with microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) and other operational risks.

The genomic findings directly inform the design and validation of a site-specific molecular assay optimized for the client’s operating environment. The package includes development of the custom assay and delivery of ten custom cartridges for initial field deployment, method validation, and operational evaluation using the BioVind Base Station.

By linking microbial discovery to targeted field detection, this package enables clients to establish monitoring programs focused on the organisms that matter most, reducing uncertainty and accelerating the transition from assessment to routine on-site testing.
