BioVind Custom Cartridge Development provides clients with assay cartridges specifically designed to detect microorganisms relevant to their unique operating environment. Using genomic insights, industry data, and site-specific requirements, BioVind designs and validates molecular assays optimized for use with the BioVind Base Station.

This offering includes the development of a targeted assay and delivery of ten custom cartridges for initial field validation and operational evaluation. Custom cartridges enable organizations to move beyond generic microbial testing and focus monitoring efforts on the organisms most closely associated with microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC), biofouling, or other process impacts in their systems.

Custom cartridge development is typically informed by prior genomic testing, historical data, or known site conditions and is intended to support pilot programs, method validation, and integration into routine monitoring workflows.
